misled me,
but I find it extremely difficult to obtain a
clear presentment of facts either verbally or in writing

The Estimate now stands at
$11,004,118 and this includes no payment for Crown Land
assigned to the Railway, nor does it include interest on
advances for construction, both of which would appear in
the cost of a Railway built by a private Company. The
amount moreover will probably have to be increased on
account of the rehabilitation of the defective Bridges. I
may add that it is not proposed to charge the Railway with
land acquired for future extension of the Terminus on

land acquired for the Railway any portions of which have
been now found to be in excess of its requirements

being taken over and paid for from Revenue. The cost there-

Account.
